I started this class on Zoom in 2020 when the pandemic began.

Over the years, I’ve become more of a couch potato.

Teaching this short, focused class three times a week has helped me stay active and strengthen my core. It also lifts my spirits as I listen to baby boomer tunes, modern instrumentals, and classical music. Music is so good for the soul.

Plus, our low-impact aerobic movements are thoughtfully designed to help prevent osteoporosis, making your fitness journey safe and effective. We also love incorporating strength exercises with light weights, resistance bands, exercise balls, and ankle weights, tailored to suit everyone’s comfort and ability. Join us on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 7:30 to 8 am on ZOOM—looking forward to exercising together and supporting each other on this healthy journey!
